Terms of Service

This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") is a public offer and governs the terms of provision of digital services for the generation of text, graphic, and other content using artificial intelligence technologies via the online service located on this website.

1. General Provisions

Service Provider — a self-employed individual of the Russian Federation providing services under Chapter 23.1 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
The User's use of this service, including payment for services, implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

2. Beta Version of the Service

This online service is provided as an open beta version. Technical failures, errors, temporary interruptions, and limited functionality may occur.
The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free operation of the service.

3. Subject of the Agreement

The Service Provider undertakes to provide digital services for generating text, graphic, and other digital content based on User requests using artificial intelligence technologies.
The User accepts that the generated content is created by algorithms, and the Service Provider is not responsible for its completeness, accuracy, compliance with expectations, or legislation.

4. Payment Procedure

Payment for services is made in non-cash form via an online platform in accordance with the current rates published on the website.
The agreement is considered concluded and the service rendered after payment is received.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the User for payment and delivery of digital content.

5. Service Delivery

After payment for the service, the User gains access to it in their personal account or to the email address they provided.
All services are provided in digital format; physical delivery is not provided.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
The Service Provider does not warrant that the service will meet your expectations, operate without interruption, or be error-free.
The Service Provider makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding the results obtained from using the service, including templates, AI assistants, and any other functionality. The website owner does not guarantee or promise that the use of the service will lead to customer acquisition, increased sales, growth in conversion rates, or any other commercial results. All risks associated with the use of the generated content and its application in the User's business are solely borne by the User.
Use of the service is at the User's own risk. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the service and the provided content.
The User independently decides on the application of the received content.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are possible only in case of a technical failure or non-provision of the service due to the fault of the Service Provider and are processed after the User's request.
To submit a refund request, please contact the Service Provider using the details provided in Section 8.

8. Personal Data Processing

The Service Provider complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation regarding the protection of personal data.
Personal data provided by the User is used solely for providing services, processing payments, and sending notifications.
Data is not transferred to third parties, except as required by law.

9. User Rights and Obligations

• The User agrees not to use the service for purposes contrary to law or moral and ethical standards.
• The User agrees not to copy or distribute the received digital content for commercial purposes without the consent of the Service Provider.
• The User is solely responsible for the quality and legality of the use of the generated content.

10. Miscellaneous

The Service Provider reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
The new terms come into force from the moment of their publication on the website.
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes the User's acceptance of the new terms.
